Nadcházející akce série Innovation Thursday bude věnována spolupráci mezi firmami a akademickými pracovišti a vzhledem k tomu, že je to jedno z našich hlavních témat posledních let, rozhodli jsme se ji s FIRST Innovation Park podpořit.

Podpora inovačního prostředí a podnikavosti studentů i akademiků, zakládání spin-off a zahraniční zkušenosti s uplatňováním výsledků výzkumu a vývoje na trhu budou asi hlavními otázkami pro diskusní panel, ve kterém zasedne vedle Jana Muhlfeita, mimochodem nejvýše postaveného českého manažera, pan Meir Brand, ředitel izraelského Googlu.

Právě z izraelských zkušeností bychom se mohli u nás poučit. Ačkoli lze Izrael stěží srovnávat s ČR, připadá mi smysluplnější naslouchat těm nejlepším, než se bít v prsa před těmi na chvostu. A to pokud možno za přítomnosti našich vrcholných politiků. Ostatně bývám už někdy alergický na sebechvalné PR zprávy o tom, jak s šikovnými programátory a EU fondy brzy doženeme Silicon Valley. Proto jsou stále třeba setkání, kde se mohou otevřeně a bez frází pojmenovat hlavní problémy a nastínit cesty k větší motivaci kreativních lidí a optimálnějšímu využívání soukromých i veřejných zdrojů - např. propojováním stále izolovaných aktivit jednotlivých organizací inovační infrastruktury.

Akci bude předcházet první setkání Klubu inovátorů - neformálního společenství inovativních podnikatelů, které chce Innovation Thursday propojovat s investory a tvůrci inovačního prostředí. S FIRST Innovation Park chceme představit mezinárodní projekt CITT zaměřený na ICT spolupráci mezi ČR, Rakouskem, Slovenskem a Maďarskem, oživení mezinárodního blogu NowEurope a náš nedávno zahájený průzkum ICT sektoru na jižní Moravě.
